About This Job

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist with recruiting externally and paving the way for future growth through the nurturing of both prospective and recruited talent. Our business model is such that we have a large volume of people working for us on a freelance, remote basis. We are in need of a talented individual who can oversee the talent acquisition process and help implement better strategies across all departments, including brand & marketing, talent retention and internal systems.


  • Full-time position working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Central London location – our office is based in King’s Cross

Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and improve our current strategy for attracting high-quality talent to join our team
  • Review and improve our current process for vetting, interviewing and on-boarding talent
  • Devise strategies for improving hired talent retention, such as engagement that rewards loyalty and performance
  • Stimulate change and challenge our ways of working to respond to new business challenges and future growth
  • Help ensure that we have enough capacity to deliver all products to demand across seasonal business fluctuations

Who You Are

  • A proactive problem solver
  • Highly organised
  • Proven ability to write well across a variety of disciplines, and have an excellent grasp of the UK English language
  • Possess at least 3 years’ experience of working in Human Resources for at least a medium-sized firm
  • Knowledge or direct experience of the higher education industry
  • Possess a minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent
